Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Ready pieces are inspected, pressed, packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of order confirmation.

Made-to-measure and bridal orders take 3 to 5 weeks depending on the hand work involved. The exact date is confirmed in writing before any cloth is cut.

2. Delivery Within India

We ship across India through insured courier partners.

• Metro cities — usually 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
• Other locations — usually 5 to 9 working days after dispatch.

Standard shipping within India is included on confirmed orders. Express dispatch can be arranged at additional cost.

3. International Delivery

International shipping is available on request. Charges and timelines are quoted separately before the order is confirmed.

Customs duty and import taxes at the destination are payable by the recipient and are outside our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is shared by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, write to us and we will chase the courier.

5. Delays

Festival weeks, weather and courier disruption can push a delivery back. When that happens we contact you with a revised date rather than letting the parcel go quiet.

6. Receiving Your Parcel

Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packing is torn or tampered with, refuse the delivery and inform us the same day so we can raise a claim.
