1. Using This Website

By browsing this website you accept these terms. The text, layout, design and photographs here belong to Paradise Fashion or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without written consent.

2. About Our Products

We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Handloom weaves and hand embroidery carry small natural variations, and screen colours never match fabric exactly.

Those variations are the mark of handmade work, not a defect, and are not grounds for return.

3. Pricing

Prices are shared on enquiry, because fabric, hand work and measurements all change the cost. A quotation stays valid for 15 days from the day it is issued.

No price shown anywhere on this website is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after a written quotation is accepted and the agreed advance is received.

We reserve the right to decline an order where the requested timeline cannot be met honestly, and will say so rather than promise a date we cannot keep.

5. Appointments

Studio visits are by appointment. If you cannot make it, tell us at least 24 hours ahead so the slot can go to someone else.

6. Limitation Of Liability

Paradise Fashion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, or from delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
